So, after completing a few HIIT programs (Insanity, Focus T25, 21dfx to name a few), I've decided that it's time to step up my game! I'm starting Body Beast today. I was hesitating whether to follow the Lean or Huge schedule, but I think that it's better (imo) to start with Lean and make my way over to Huge.
